Tried (and failed) to get Internet only prices.

I just found out about this group. I’m hoping to get some answers.

I’m a long time Comcast customer and have always been thrilled with their service (minus a weird situation where I returned equipment and was then told I didn’t. I don’t hold Comcast at fault, but rather an employee screw up that caused a major headache)

Anyway, I’ve been trying to find internet only pricing, but I’m having no luck. Just like other posts I’ve read, if you’re an existing customer, you struggle to find options, offers, deals, etc.

I’ve looked online. I’ve chatted online. I’ve called. I can’t seem to get answers.

Any help available?
