I recently picked up Horizon Zero Dawn on Steam, and I loved playing through it (Currently trying ultra hard). I don't know if anyone has asked about this, but is there a release date for Horizon Forbidden West on Steam?

Agree, it takes 3-4 years
Could definitely be the three years like the original, but Sony is pushing more onto PC lately. The new God of War is going to be a simultaneous release. So I wouldn’t bank on it, but there’s a possibility of a faster turn around on this one. Maybe as little as a year, but again, that’s supposition and I wouldn’t plan on it necessarily

Pretty sure they released a tweet with a picture of text saying “Hey it’s not coming out this year, but it will be simultaneous PC and PS5/4 release.”
I don't think it is coming out same time on PC, looked at the ads and it is not there.

Given that it took three years for the Steam/PC release of HZD to come out after its initial PS4 release, you should probably bank on a similar gap between the PC release of HFW and now.
Damn, I keep seeing things of Forbidden West on and I don't want to spoil it for myself if I end up playing it.

People keep stating the three years, but y'all forget that Sony was just getting into the PC side of things in general at the time and are still in a way playing catch-up. But in comparison Death Stranding was a PS exclusive too but took only a bit over half a year to release on PC.
That said I still think it'll probably be around two years at least, but maybe I'll be positively surprised.

Sure, but point is anything so far isn't exactly a set in stone precedent. They simply weren't doing PC stuff before, period, so as likely as not it just happened to be around 3 years for HZD. Some have taken longer, but I guess we'll see how it goes going forward.
