Allergy med + antihistamine?
Does anyone that takes a daily allergy med also take an antihistamine in weeks 3 and 4 to help with their PMDD? Does it help you? I take a daily xyzal but I’m wonder if additional antihistamines might help. I’m not sure what to take though.

Can’t remember if xyzal is an H1 or and H2 blocker but it might help to be on one of both of those
