Looking to Sublet June-Sept: 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, 5 minutes from Epic

I'm advertising a sublease for an apartment at The West End in Verona.

It's an 800 sqft., 1 bedroom-1 bathroom available for $1200. With utilities (gas and electric), the cost per month is around $1260

Floor plan is linked here (currently listed prices are higher because inflation). Also includes a parking spot at the listed price. With winter being over it's less useful, so I'm not charging. Still a solid perk to have a cool car in the afternoon.

The short commute is really nice, the place has in-unit laundry, 100mbps internet is included for free, up-to-date kitchen appliances, and an in-unit dishwasher (a friend of mine is very sad about their lack of a dishwasher).
