updated quest list?
Besides rummaging through save game files the most up to date info for total quests was from 8 months ago and for an actual list of quests it seems even older.
I'm at 34 (correction: 35 completed) and 2 in progress for a total of 37. I can't think of any places that I could of missed.

I have 36 complete with only "The Gliding" remaining. Are you including that in your remaining? If so I'm happy to post my list so you can see what's missing. I'm 99% sure I have them all.
Id love to see your list if you’re still willing to post it! I’m at 33 completed and 3 in progress

(I duplicated and changed contrast when I saw how horrible that was to read)
Awesome, thank you! Realized I was just missing the merchants mask because I didn’t want to pay for it, lmao.
Haha, I also didn't have it for ages as well. I totally forgot I could buy it and kept going up to the guard outside with pomegranates (I think it was pomegranates?).
Yeah I found one that I was missing which lines up with another claim I've seen for a total of 37 including the gliding
