Are all your pregnancy symptoms still there? I’d recommend going in because it’s possible that it’s not a miscarriage, but something else that might need to be treated. Could just be a SCH, but could be something else.

It just happened today and the only pregnancy symptoms I’ve had is nausea which I had yesterday. I haven’t eaten today so I haven’t had a chance to feel nauseous other than from anxiety and this sinking in. My husband says we could go in but the bill just sounds like it would be ridiculous. We did call one urgent care facility and they said it’s 250 to have a consult and 700 for a ultrasound but it’s paying upfront for it so we’re discussing it

Personally I’d recommend going. I know it’s a lot of money but I know my anxiety would be through the roof unless I knew for sure. I had a day of bleeding too and it ended up just being a SCH. No clots or anything, which is similar to yours. It’s a 50/50 shot

I'm going through the same exact thing. Started bleeding two days ago. Today I would have been 12 weeks. I passed so much blood and tons of large clots. I don't want to have a sonogram because they're terrible for the fetus (look up Jim West's book on the what scientific studies have show about the dangers of sonograms). I never passed any fetal tissue or a sac but unfortunately I think I had a miscarriage because my breasts no longer feel as full. Not knowing is terrible.
