I know I can search this and I did regarding getting zepbound for someone without insurance. I get mine through insurance but for a family member who doesn’t have insurance (no pcp) but wants to get the medication. Callondoc changed its pricing recently (compared to the old search results) and is now $75 per month. Is there a cheaper way to get the prescription every month out there for a 2.5mg dose?
I recently moved to NJ/NYC area and currently working on obtaining my BSN online which I should have by Summer (4-5 months) I have 3 years MS/Tele experience from Texas and currently working 2 per diems in NJ (Rehab hospital and preop/pacu). The goal is to maybe pick up a job in NYC in a higher acuity setting like ICU or something other than med surg. Is it worth connecting on LinkedIn this early with recruiters and will they even care? How about messaging nurses that work at these places? Or would that be weird?
I know to get your foot into places like NYP, Mt Sinai and these big hospitals you need to know someone but I don’t know anybody. The benefits (if the striking settles in favor of
We moved to NY/NJ from Texas and my husband works in Manhattan outside 70% of the time going from building to building for work. Now that’s it’s getting colder what are some recommendations to keep him warm but also looking professional (he visits medical offices for his job) that I can buy? I bought him Uniqlo heattech but is there a warm coat that would help keep him warm as he goes around Manhattan but also look professional (pea coat or puffer for appearance?) do the Uniqlo hats and scarves and gloves actually keep you warm or is there another brand that’s recommended?
And is the secret for your feet just to buy good winter socks? I know boots are important but is there a practical goo
I’m currently about to take my 7 th shot tomorrow at 2.5mg. I started off at 226 on 10/3 and currently at 203 lbs for a total of 23lbs lost in 6 weeks. I have no side effects as far as I can tell except for mild constipation which I remedied with miralax and a stool softener. Currently losing about 2 pounds a week still but I also have been way more active, walking 3-6 miles a day with my double stroller and drinking all the water and eating more protein. I have my follow up tomorrow and tempted to ask for a dose up because I do get food hunger still. I don’t feel hungry per se (except when it’s close to shot time) but I don’t relate to the posts or videos where people aren’t hungry because
I’m currently 18 weeks and I’ve been so excited for this baby. We have tried for 4 years with no success and finally our little boy was a miracle. So to make this post hurts me so much. I have very low amniotic fluid and had an anatomy scan that shows the amniotic fluid is dangerously little and his kidneys are big. The doctor put it in simple terms that I understood this isn’t good.
They mentioned previously before all the laws they would have offered termination but now they can’t suggest anything else and my options are to carry it until the amniotic fluid is none and either wait for it to pass away in me or come out naturally. I have a fetal MRI coming up but just hearing that he may p
