Move!
Hello everyone, I have a short poem. I'd like to give my interpretation of the words at the bottom, and would love to hear if anyone drew the some conclusion, or a different one. I'm new to this, so please, forgive my amateur words. Thank you!
Move! Work Those
HANDS
Move! Meet The
DEMAND
Move! Work Those
LANDS
Move! Meet The
PURPOSE
Author (My) interpretation;
It’s about slavery and cooperate slavery. It’s the slave driver demanding the laborer to work, as if it’s their purpose. The format, it’s 3-1,3-1,3-1,3-1 … Like a machine. That’s how they function. But, if you take out HANDS DEMAND LANDS PURPOSE! It still functions as a sentence. If you take it out and try to use Move! Work Those, Move! Meet The… it’s incomplete. It doesn’t function anymore. It shows that we, the slaves have the power. And we need to demand more, because our purpose is greater.
If you get the opportunity, check out these wonderful poems!
