Lover’s knot
Here at the end of the road
I perhaps should say goodbye
I should bid you farewell
Again , maybe death isn’t the end
She draws the curtain to
Reveal yet another character
Or is a recess where we change costume
Like in the theater
Many a times have I played
Many shoes, hoofs even have I filled
Many paths have I walked, trapped
In samsara
The chemistry, the biology
And agricultural strategy of the universe
Cultivating life in shifts
Like a farmer rotating crops
A cycle ends, starts yet another
But again should there be
I sail to an afterlife
A beautiful garden
A house of torment maybe
There I shall lay in wait
For you, my love

I really loved this poem and the imagery, I relate to the romantic relationship it's portraying. It's a shame that the lines aren't separated but I'm struggling myself to understand how to get the formatting correct here and know it's quite difficult
Thanks for the feedback.
