gateway process tapes
can i receive a feedback based on your experience with gateway process tapes? and advice will be highly appreciated as well

I remember only ever using the first... three (?) waves. That's all you ever really need, the rest aren't useful in my opinion. The ones which take you through Focus 10 and then Focus 12, those are the two states you'll find most useful to you.

Helped my have my first OBE's. Helped me learn to meditate. They're great tools. But also they're not something that can meet some peoples expectations. That why it's highly recommended you go into them without expectations. Then just have fun.
do u smoke weed?
I haven't in a while. I wasn't able to AP until I stopped smoking weed.
