How do people process death?
It's been 3 months since my eldest brother took his life. I unfortunately don't think I've been able to process it completely or even at all. Usually I'm decently motivated to stick to my normal daily routines but I haven't felt the same since March. My guess is that I'm not able to process his death whatsoever. I've been told that it can take awhile but I still haven't even processed his wife's death and that was 2 years ago. Honestly just looking for tips, or insights, advice? Anything really

it’s unique, everyone has their own way. i started watching ted talks about grief. i joined the grief discord. i acknowledge the variety of emotions that my fathers death causes in me. im going to start therapy again. i’ve already had my meds adjusted. i’ve changed quite bit on the inside. i write down my thoughts sometimes. and i come here to communicate with people who are going through the same thing. my beliefs have changed. i think my friends might change, from people who have bad relationships with their folks to people who love their folks in spite of problems. i can tell you that my older brother took his own life when i was a kid. i never talked about it or told anyone. it was too painful. when i finally talked to a therapist about it i began to understand how life changing it was. your mental health should be your priority.
