Serious question. I have my first maintenance for my rav4 from the toyota dealer where I bought the vehicle. My question is do you give tip to the advice? Do you have a cheatsheet on what to maintenance to focus on for the first 10k/15k/20k in the odo reading?

No need to overthink it. Unless you observed some issues or concerns, stick with the manufacturer maintenance schedule. The service advisor may recommend optional things, it's up to you to ask them to justify it.

No problem. My advice based on what I've seen and others reported would be to not trust the app for important things such as maintenance schedule. Toyota has really poor QC and development in general for the content on it. Go with the manuals provided with your car or the Toyota website instead.
It is in the manual and on the app. Basically tire rotation every 5000 and oil change at 10000
But do you give a tip though?
I put $5 on the dipstick once and I had grease on the door panel and the steering wheel so not anymore at that facility.
