We all know that continuous learning is one of the most important thing in tech. Obviously, very experienced one knows how to design things and it is more of adjusting to the paradigm of the new language and its nuances.
My question is would you lower your pay rate if you want to work on this new language or tool?
I see a lot of post getting exhausted and burnt out working on this type of company and I just want to give my humble opinion on this one because there is a LOT of consulting company out there and most probably for newly graduates who are looking for their first job will definitely encounter this type of company.
I came from a consulting company too and experienced working extended hours (9am to 11am the next day) just to fix a bug and deliver the feature.

The primary selling point of flutter is to have one code base that can be compiled and deployed to specific platform (IOS, android, windows, web and desktop) which I am inclined to push forward as a CTO for a small company as I want to avoid multiple code base for the same software and hiring different developers that are specific to a given platform. I’m using the toyota app to setup a maintenance schedule but they provided a lot of options to choose from.
