Cliff Walls

Poem

Your personality echoes off of the walls of cliffs you’ll never even visit,

Roaring at the top of its lungs,

Beckoning me to come closer.

Tectonic plates rival at the beat of your heart,

Infuriated by the repercussions,

That lead to my insanity.

The lengths I would endeavour to maintain you.

For in a world so timely,

My love for you is timeless.

In a world so costly,

My love for you is priceless.

And as the earthquake that erupts in our souls reveal us,

The cliff walls will welcome you home.
