Any update on launch date, does this move it up?
I think according to a few posts I've seen, the earliest this would let them launch is 15ish days from either shipment or arrival. So if SpaceX changes their minds, yes. But I'd think it will still sit on the Tarmac until September. Which really isn't that far.
Edit: Read CatSE' post lol
Generic delivery window is 30–42 days prior to launch. But Please read this thread.

When is the launch day again? Anywhere to watch it?
Not officially stated. Not likely it is more than an approximate date even for SpaceX atm.
Analyzing STAs I came to the conclusion it is Starlink 4-23 mission with an approximate launch date of august 27th give or take a few days.
See seperate thread and my 10 tweets on the subject.
Launch will be live televised as all Starlinks.
A beautiful sight...
Any speculation as to where in California the testing could take place?
Most likely at NTS would likely be final Emc emi rf signal testing to tune communications
