My cat scratches for attention.
When I ignore my cat when he meows he goes to the door and scratches the insulation fabric. Is there a way to stop this behavior? I've never encouraged him to do it.

Does it work? (Does it get him attention?)
Nope, I wait after he stops before opening the door.
Odd that he keeps doing it, then, but perhaps one of those sticky sheets to prevent scratching on couches would also work on a door.
