Hi, I've tried to make this recipe https://fullofplants.com/high-protein-vegan-burgers/#recipe

However, I don't have nutritional yeast and I regularly steamed it and then put it on the frying pan to dehydrate. Also, I made their size smaller to fit in a regular burger bun.

The burger held its shape and tasted good but it was very soft. I felt like I was eating mashed potatoes. Can you please give me tips on how to make the texture better?

Edit: Thank you for the tips, It improved it a lot.

Hi,

I'm in love with subway's veggie patty but I can't find a good recipe that uses seitan to make it.

I have vital wheat gluten flour and TVP but I have no idea how to use them to get the same texture.

When I ignore my cat when he meows he goes to the door and scratches the insulation fabric. Is there a way to stop this behavior? I've never encouraged him to do it.

I've just watched Pretty Woman and it gave me huge Lana vibes. Julia Roberts looked like Lana during the Born to Die era. Does anyone have movies like that?
