Hey folks, just wanted to share the tattoo I got this last weekend! It's a Clone Commando and custom Mandalorian helmet made by Cesar C. over at Black Tower Tattoo in LA.
For folks unfamiliar with the game, the first helmet is from Star Wars: Republic Commando. When I saw the architectural drafting style Cesar does on a lot of his pieces, I knew I wanted that with the helmet. I'm a professional game developer by trade, and Republic Commando is the game that inspired me to get into making games.
The second helmet is a custom Mandalorian helmet worn by Deshkar Sevarisk, a character I played for about three years in a tabletop roleplaying game. My buddy Dave (who played his older, adopted brother) and I would spend 10-15 hours a week chatting about the plans and schemes for the next game session. Cesar also does a great job with the watercolor effects, which represent the artistry and creativity of being a professional writer in games.
