I think even the rs3m should be great for his level, he doesn't need the best and it's a lot cheaper. If he do want to spend the money, I agree about the wrm but I would also recommend the dayan tengyan v1.

don't buy a gan. buy a moyu wrm 2021. BUy it now, because it's good.
