Virgin Media Network Engineer

HI guys,

just wondering has anyone here worked as a virgin media network engineer, if not any ISP network engineer.

I applied for a network engineer apprenticeship with virgin that pays a little less than im on at the moment for the first 2 years but was wondering if its worth the pay cut due to future prospects etc.. if anyone has worked for a company like this before what was your pay as a full time network engineer ?

The job states it will go up to 30k at the completion of the apprenticeship after 2 years but this still seems low for a full time network engineer and im only on a couple thousand less than that atm. So im not sure if it will be worth taking a step back for 2 years to get stuck on 30k for ages and the job possibly being shit and high stress all the time.
