I have always struggled writing love poems, and I also make crème Brûlée frequently, so I really wanted to write a comment on this one. First off, the imagery is stunning, particularly the line "Brûlée wax memories" I'm not quite sure what it is about that particular line but it conjures feelings of nostalgia longing and love all at once and I think captures the message of the whole poem super well. Other things I love: the use of a different language, the way it's formatted like a letter, the way the lines are broken up, the use of parentheses, the use of quotations. Everything about this poem adds to its unique and evocative nature, and I absolutely love it, please keep posting.
