Thanks, the dream girl grief is real, we’ve all been there!

I so often have dreams like this. I will form a relationship that feels like no other relationship I’ve even had or imagined in reality, and then I suddenly wake up and feel a kind of grief, like I miss them. Then like you described, I obsess over the thought. Lovely, relatable poem

Honestly no one in particular, I was just relating the feeling of dreaming about someone beautiful and how close you feel to them. Then spending the rest of the day thinking about them and feeling a sense of loss that it was just a dream

I saw her in a dream 

Walking 

From behind

&amp;#x200B;

Waves of amber hair 

Dance around her shoulder blades 

Bouncing with each step

&amp;#x200B;

I stir in my sleep 

I long for her 

I almost touch her

&amp;#x200B;

Gone 

I awaken 

Disappointed

&amp;#x200B;

Throughout the day 

I’m lost in thought 

Is she real?

All day I see 

Amber locks bouncing 

Haunting me
