labyrinth in my chest

I will build a labyrinth deep inside my chest

Each time you break me I'll add another room

A room more beautiful than the last

Each time you hurt me I'll reach for the shovel

I'll gaze into your eyes with the blankest stare

Then start another tunnel

I'll dig so far below until I can't find my way

Back to the euphoric rays that buried me

You'll never find me

in these magnificent caverns

But I'll be down there

Somewhere beneath you

Clinging tightly to my shovel

In the labyrinth in my chest
