Hanging in Honey

Poem

Your clumsy, yet genuine lips

whispered to my stainless reflection,

secretly at night lightly caressed:

clingy, spelled; honey,

a call for redemption.

Your harmony stirs the wish

to clear all of my confusion.

My chest comes undone before your purity,

my hands long to embrace your tender rarity,

my head wonders if you’ll drop me in disillusion.
