Losing my letters

I was filling a form today,

And realised how long has it been since i last saw my words,

I have almost forgotten the curves of my v's and the lines of my t's.

Today with almost a startle It dawned on me,

That i have forgotten who i was

And i dont recognise this new me.

I have this small mark on the side of my middle finger,

Cause that's where my pen rests while i write. It's a physical proof of my work,

And a reminder the me in I is still alive. It's slowly fading now,

I hope it comes back for i don't like who I've become.
