Not sure if we have any Lord of the Rings fans here, but I wrote a poem about Eowyn and thought I'd share it.
Don't let despair seep into your core
As the world is consumed by fire
You shall see the world restored
You lost so much then even more
Hope is impossible in this mire

Secretly riding off to war
A noble death is your only desire
You shall see the world restored
This grave wound can't be ignored
Others fight but you must retire
Don't let despair seep into your core
The body is mended but your soul is still torn
Deeper healing is required
You shall see the world restored
A new woman walks out the door
Loved and whole, spirit soaring higher
Don't let despair seep into your core
You finally see the world restored
