[Prose] Sometimes

Sometimes I love diving into water, when it's what I know my body needs. Like being wrapped in a cool blanket, I like that my skin and muscles are stimulated so wholly and instantly. I like that the water cleans me as well, in those moments, when things seem to be as right as they can be, the inner matches the outer.
Sometimes I like a rush, perhaps more than sometimes. I like to be flooded with emotions, when I burst and out pours the mess, I feel free. However, my self, is too stretchy.
Sometimes my turmoil is so wrought within me, my mind and head are heavy, but I cannot snip it loose. I toss and turn with love, and love lost, I ache for the things I have done and undone, and again perhaps, haven't done.
