[TOMT][MOVIE] Movie where a man throws his brother out of the family after the brother is found to be molesting the man's daughter.

The film follows a family, I believe either South Asian or Middle Eastern and the movie is set there. A family gathering of some sort happens, and a big part of the movie is dedicated to showing how this super big family gets along, the dynamics that happen, etc.

One of the main characters is a sort of patriarch of the family. He's middle aged, has multiple kids, and tends to lead the family in many ways. He's very close to his brother.

Another focal character is the patriarch's daughter, and she's a teenager/young adult. Eventually she reveals to the family that her uncle, the patriarch's brother, has been molesting her. Because families are families, she gets blamed for making the uncle look bad, for making things up, for causing problems, etc.

Eventually the movie culminates with the daughter's father, the patriarch, accepting his daughters story wholeheartedly and choosing to protect her and care for her. The father then kicks the brother out of the family, quite literally, as the brother is physically removed from the family complex by the father, and told to never return I believe.

I watched the film in school around 2018-19, but it was quite older than that. I'd date it around the early 2000's or late 90's, but I could be completely wrong. Again, the film is set in either South Asia or the Middle East.
