[2840] Blood Summer, Chapter Two Urban Fantasy

For some reason there's been no new submissions for a couple of days so I thought I'd slide in with Chapter Two while no-one's paying attention.

Chapter Two

Blood Summer is an MM paranormal romance, vampires specifically. This is definitely the last bit I'm posting but the feedback on Chapter One was seriously some of the most useful stuff I've ever gotten here so thanks incredibly to everyone for that.

Again, there's a worldbuilding section to start and Queenie is a major character (short story about her here - Queenie). So I'm okay with a focus on who she is but is it too wordy, backstory-infodumpy etc?

The previous Chapter One (if you want to read) I tagged NSFW out of caution, but this one is seriously NSFW. Content Warning - it gets as adult as possible without actually getting naked. There's a page and a half of clothes on MM erotica near the end, if you want to skim to get back to the story. BUT I feel these sections are as important as all the rest in terms of structure, moving the story along etc.
