[Build Help] $600 budget for gaming, but room to grow.
Any advice on a build that starts decent (Skyrim Ultra settings) that will also be upgradable in the future? I have the peripherals and Windows already. I'm thinking that Intel is the way to go as they seem to be more reliable.
I also do video editing on the side, but not my main focus right now for this rig.
This is my current direction so far, and wondering if moving down to the i3 for now would be a better short-term solution. Some obvious gaps are the GPU and case. I haven't decided yet how much to invest to start.

i played skyrim on a 6850 on ultra and had no issues.
Good to know. I was looking at the 6850 http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+6850
It isn't a super fucking beast, but for the price it can hang.
