That's where you messed up. You did your BLJ on a flat surface. Everyone knows you only do them on stairs, or you'll lose control like this

I wonder if I was clipped in between the pipe model (if the pipe has actual collision) and AC, and when I removed it, the game just ejected me in the opposite direction at "max" speed.

That actually sounds like a logical explanation for this weird glitch. It wrongfully pushed you outside of the wall collision, and since most games don't have any caps on backwards movement speed, got launched at mach 6

Hm. My guess is, because that weapon was slightly inside the structure, your character also went in it but game physics was like "hey you're not supposed to go through there!" and shoved you out a little too hard.
