Really great imagery! My favorite lines were the "sealed blocks" and the "hands that stabbed my faith to death". My only issue with the poem is the last line. It felt out of place compared to the other verses. I felt the use of capitalization and punctuation disrupted the poem's flow, as the other verses had none. I also felt like the term "slave master" felt very harsh compared to the rest of the poem's diction.

Like a needle lost in the dark, waiting to be found;

I felt let down by people i trusted to lead the path;

Building hope and expectations that got me riding in an endless roller coaster of dismay;

Smiling through the sealed blocks, because i had a name to build;

I shook hands that stabbed my faith to death;

I hugged earthen beings that buried my trust and belief spirit;

I was looking up to the ones who only had me for their VALIDATION;

OH WAIT!!!WHAT??? I got caught up trying to FEEL and BE VALIDATED, only to realize: I WAS VALIDATING MY SLAVE MASTER.
