I don't want a super competitive deck, but I would like to make this one more consistant

I’d get rid of the Meteor Dragon stuff. The only way you have of summoning Comet Dragon is Super Poly, which is better used for other things. This makes Red-Eyes Impact a bit of a brick.
Since you don't have Red-Eyes Insight in this list, I'd say swap out the Meteor Dragon Red-Eyes Impact for other level 6 Dragons, since the fusion material requires any lvl 6 dragon for Meteor Black Comet Dragon.
I quite like Mana Dragon Zirnitron since it can bring back a destroyed spell/trap and summon itself. Lightpulsar Dragon and Seleglare The Luminous Lunar Dragon are also decent choices.
Running a small Red-Eyes Insight + Fusion package could be a decent follow-up on the upcoming turns if you have no other options, but this might need extra Red-Eyes monsters.
Keeper of Dragon Magic is also really nice for the deck, since it searches a Normal Fusion Spell on summon (but also discards one card). You can also bring back fusion materials from the graveyard too!
Lastly I'd say maybe run 1 extra Link monster if possible (like Linkuriboh), since you can use Black Metal Dragon to Link Summon Striker Dragon, search for Darkness Metal and then summon him, the bring back Black Metal Dragon so you can link Summon using him again and search for any other Red-Eyes cards (such as Red-Eyes Insight if you were to use it). I'd only do this play though if I didn't have any Branded cards to work with.
Thanks for your answer,

I think I'll try the mana dragon.

Seems like a good monster, but I wonder How I can fit him in a 40 card deck, maybe I can remove one red eyes and one black stone of legend ?

Also, I've seen people use Ruins of the Divine Dragon Lords with this sort of deck, would it help to put it in ? My deck would be more than 40 cards then...
It's definitely tricky to squeeze all the cards in. For me, I don't use Arkbrave, or Divine Dragon Felgrand in order to squeeze in Dragon Keeper and some extra Red-Eyes cards, but keeping some light monsters is important for fusing Albion so they can be nice. I like using 2 Black Stones of Legend so I can have a bit more space. Red-Eyes Insight could be put in place of Dragon Shrine so you get card search and Graveyard setup (I'd say 2 Insight, 2 Fusion, and maybe 1 extra Red-Eyes Spell/Trap). But running Insight means you need more Red-Eyes Monsters, so you could keep 1 Meteor Dragon. Branded Opening Gives you more access to Aluber + Graveyard setup too if you have a Red-Eyes in hand (which is normally a brick otherwise), and easier access to Branded Fusion. Maybe swapping the Synchros with Despia Fusions is good, so you can run Masquerade to put the opponent in a checkmate scenario (Branded in Red is also nice for follow-up with this since you can surprise the opponent if they're low on Life Points).
Besides that though I'd say it's more down to preference. I'm still pretty new to the deck myself (I've made one for TCG, so I use Dark Magician + Dragoon), so I'm still feeling it out. But the cards you run I might test out too, since they are also quite useful!
Pick 4 of your spells and replace them with red eye fusion, and claw of hermos then add the red eye sword fusion monster (1000atk/def per dragon in your grave, it equips to a red eye monster)
*pick or add to
You should add predaplant verte anaconda for an instant branded fusion while being able to link and synchro summon
Branded opening is good if you wanna improve the consistency on the branded side, and red-eyes insight is probably the best red-eyes spell for the same reasons if you wanna go the red-eyes fusion route
