Arranged marriage with a childhood friend

Hello everyone, I’m engaged to my childhood best friend and he’s a doctor professionally and I’m a software engineer. We’re genuinely in a great relationship getting married next month but feeling a lot of nervousness as it feels like too good to be true situation and I feel like someone will jinx it. How to deal with such thoughts.
