I’m working on a requirement when a new lead is assigned, I want to send an automated email that your lead is generated …. But the thing is I’m using my company’s domain in From address and I can’t send email to Outlook/Google

The reason for the email failure is that DMARC policy fails and DKIM keys errors, I’ve researched this a lot but haven’t been able to figure it out, configured it almost 3-4 times still not able to get it.

Has anyone faced this before and if yes how did you make it work ? I believe the issue is with the receivers email domain as it’s not accepting or I’ve been getting it wrong all the time.

So a few of the people here knows that I recently got married to my childhood best friend through an arranged marriage which was initiated by both side’s grandparents and it was a fun yet equally emotional wedding and maybe best week of my life till date.

As the ChatGpt came into our life , The team I handle have started looking for everything on chatgpt and are no longer doing the proper research or analysis that they used to do before. That made me thinking why are they looking for such shortcuts

I genuinely suggest them to put more efforts in learning and concentrate on process rather than outcomes. ChatGpt is good but it's far away from the real work environment and how could I make them understand as they're only looking for quick solution regardless or giving proper efforts to find the solution and understand it before applying the fix.

I am trying to implement my ringcentral integration with salesforce leads object where I will be calling leads at some specific time intervals and then I have a flow to update my lead accordingly.

What I am trying to achieve is that, I want to get data from RingCentral about the status of the call, like is it "Hung Up/Unanswered/Answered" to my salesforce object.

I did quite a bit research and I don't find anything about it and I specifically want the call status as my next process depends on the same.

I have found a workaround to add a field on the ringcentral code where I will be adding the appropriate log to the system through the "Subject" field but there's no way I c

I've created an assignment rule to fetch the IP of the lead and assign the lead owner or queue/user accordingly along with the auto-response email. As a next step, I would like to capture the customer's reply about which time slot or date they'd like to talk about the lead progress but I am unsure how to catch email replies.

In my mind, I want to re-fire the email periodically maybe 2-3 times(1st day - 3rd day - 7th day) till I don't get any replies from the customer, so I have to capture the email reply and add it to the activities list for the particular lead.

I am done with the Admin last month have booked for the Platform developer 1 this weekend.I am done with the FocusOnForce course and practice exams and I have 4+ years of experience as a Java developer.

Is there anything else I can try for couple of days before I appear for the examination.

Firstly , I don't have any objections for the people they chose to do it but I and my fiancé have decided not to have it because we discovered that it's a very foolish thing to do because they serve no purpose than doing the 10 days to go , 9 days to go , and so on.

A lot of my friends did it and then the stories and then the reposting stories, I told my fiancé about this and he's like that's exactly what his opinion is.

Because, these are financially pressing as well:

1-Hire additional photographer or pay additional to the wedding photographer

2-Buy 5-10 new cloths each for the same which won't cost less than 1-2000 each depending upon your choice

3-Travel to the place or book a set

I would love to know about various outfits you all like or have a preference for. I Know it is a situational choice and sometimes we have to keep the society or neighborhood or the place we're in but still what are some of your most preferred outfits throughout the day?

My personal favorites are Saree in family functions and one piece or floral frocks when I am out with friends and tshirt/shirt - jeans and matching shoes at office.

I recently passed my salesforce admin exam with 86% grades and I took FoF course and practice exams and a lot of trailheads and now I’m looking for Platform Developer 1 certification.

Should I continue with the same approach which I did for the admin or it’s a bit different, I have 4 years of java development experience in spring and e-commerce platform but I’m the first one of my company on this, so I’m only deciding what path to pursue.

Any suggestions would be appreciated 🙂
