It started 3 days ago and it’s the most surreal thing ever. I could probably sleep it off, maybe it’s just exhaustion, but I want to know if there’s a term for it

I don’t know how to explain it but the last couple of days for me have seemed fake. Like a movie setup. Or like I’m in a dream. It surreal and I feel like sleeping it off. Is there a phrase or term for this kind of thing?
