I play w unlimited and all unlocks but usually keep landscape mostly as is and deal w what I’m given aside from like elevation and leveling terrain. Not gonna mess with water and islands and end up sinking my peninsula

I like to play with money and earned unlocks. Makes the thrill of recovery fun from the construction work place accidents. Also searching for every last drop of dirt on the map to turn into islands feels gameified to me. Like, how can I carve this up to build a tiered city or palm island or the Line.

Yeah I used to play that way, but my focus and fun is from designing and beautifying and it includes lots trial and error and bulldozing and spending and I don’t wanna have to think about that

It's right under 50% because i planted 200,000 trees one by one. I think that's a good number? Mostly around highways, loud buildings like airports, and artificial islands to increase property value.

i once paused the game and raised a small island for an industrial harbour in a bay. and cursed after resuming about that neat little tsunami washing over the coastal parts of a bustling 50k people city. ^^

I did that about 100times. My population got good at swimming. biggest wave wiped out 150k people and caused a deathwave.
