I have a town setup with my homestead just outside its influence circle. I want to generate some culture as to increase the influence around my homestead. My Town Center building says its generating 0 culture. Tried putting generic furniture in there and still 0. Also not seeing furniture that specifically generates culture.

I am making the slog to 1 million population and its actually going really smoothy. No mods or cheats. At 500k+, I actually get more FPS then I did in City Skylines 1.

I saw a really cool 3D print of the Emps, but it came in two different sizes. I know in lore the Emps can apear HUGE and his size seems to varry, so I guess any size would work.

I would like to use him as a Gulliman proxy. If I do, how tall should the Emps be? 70mm or 100mm. I don't want him to be as tall as a knight, but I would like him to be simular size to Gulliman for base size fairness.
