What kind of moron reads that his first thought is his own personal safety?
this will have zero effect on us, stop being paranoid about life.
Says the person who doesn't deliver to that area. It's gonna affect some of us.

Oh what the actual fuck. I was delivering out by that same area yesterday too 😳
Nsfl???
Quit living life expecting the worst. This isn’t going to change anything.
They are union, we are contractors.
It was a contractor that did this.
You didn’t even read the first sentence of the article

If dozens of dead school children didn’t change anything regarding guns, this one event certainly won’t change anything regarding delivery drivers. I wouldn’t be too worried.
edit: Also kind of fucked up that your immediate reaction is how this is going to affect you
You must not deliver in rural Texas. Of course the tragedy here is the dead 7 year old girl... but I am MOST DEFINITELY worried about how this could affect ME... I've delivered in that town. They like their guns period and no doubt will have them on display this weekend because of this which is scary af.
I agree with the last part but that comparison is ridiculous. Of course people will be freaking out about why strangers are on their property after something like that happens. That's literally why a lot of people want guns, to shoot dangerous people on their property and protect their kids
