My sister and I would like to start RESPs for our nieces. I know that this is possible as long as their mom gives me their SINs. But what I want to know is - will she have access to the account and be able to empty it? Or if we open it, does that mean only we can withdraw from it? I've gone up and down google but I just can't find the answer. We would like to help them save and get the grants and learning bond, but we also want to make sure their parents will not be able to have access to the accounts. We are worried about money being withdrawn before the children start post secondary education and the grant money being lost.

Thank you for any help you can provide!

I'm almost 8 months postpartum and I'm currently fasting for my second postpartum glucose test. My 1st one at 8 weeks postpartum had me in the prediabetic range. My endocrinologist wanted me to get 150 minutes of exercise and lose 25 lbs these last 6 months... I've lost 0 but gained 0 so whatever. My Fitbit says I've averaged about 100 minutes of physical activity a week so I'm proud of that, even though I fell short. Here's hoping it was enough to get me out of the prediabetic range.

But I know I'm eating too much junk - after my baby was born I definitely overindulged in all the foods I couldn't have with GD. The grocery store employee filling my first PP order probably thought it was mad

My 4 year is fully potty trained day and night, and has been for 18 months. But the emphasis is on potty - he absolutely refuses to pee on the toilet. He has a seat reducer and step stool and will use them to poop on the toilet no problem. He's not afraid of flushing and will flush his poop fine. But he just will not pee on the toilet. He has a little potty in his room to use at night but he uses it all day too. I've tried everything I can think of, even offering him straight up cash to pee on the toilet (he told me he wanted to buy a toy, I said here's how he could earn some money). What kills me is he uses the toilet at daycare!! I don't get it. I've told him he can sit or stand, but he do

I graduated almost 3 weeks ago! I was induced at 39+1 due to being on bedtime insulin for fasting. I had been diagnosed at 28 weeks and my mealtime numbers were okay with the occasional high - maybe once or twice a week once I got the hang of the diet. I had one extra ultrasound at 35 weeks and baby was measuring in the 70th percentile, about 6 lbs, so my OB was not concerned about the baby's size. I never had any NST's or other tests.

It was 4.5 hours from them breaking my water to me holding my baby - it couldn't have gone any better. Baby was 7 lbs 8 oz. My blood sugar was checked every 2 hours during labour (which only ended up being twice), and then my fasting was checked the next morn

I placed an order for a Huggies reward in August. In November I hadn't received it so I contacted customer service. They said it was never actually shipped but promised it would be shipped that day, and would take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Mid December I emailed again and was told it would arrive by the end of the month. Mid January I email again and was told it would arrive by the end of the month. And now it's nearly the end of March and it still has not arrived. I emailed three weeks ago and was told they'd get back to me. So I emailed again a couple days ago and was told an inquiry will take time but they're looking into it.

I have repeatedly asked for a tracking number but have received no

Hello! I'm hoping someone might have some insight into my [chart] (https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/1ofeachplease/). I realize my chart is a mess - I didn't want to set an alarm to temp at the same time since we weren't even trying. The opposite actually - I usually ovulate around CD19 so I figured we were safe on CD 12 and CD31. But here I am with 3 days of BFPs, staring at my chart trying to figure out how it happened! I'm sure once I have a scan and get a proper due date I'll have a better idea, but in the mean time I'm hoping someone might have a better idea of when I ovulated. Because FF can't be right!

Thanks for any help you can give me!

We've been using Huggies Little Mover Slip ons and until recently they fit great - no leaks. My son had a few blowouts in size 4 so we went up to 5. But now they're too wide between his legs so there is a gap, and that's cause a few leaks through the gap.

Does anyone have any suggestions for brands that run a little bigger or smaller than Huggies?

Thanks!

I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any brands that make yogurt appropriate for babies. I know it just needs to be whole milk/no added sugar, but I figured I'd see if anyone knows a brand to look out for before I start reading all the labels for nutrition information 😁 I found Happy Baby yogurt in the States and my little guy loves it, but I haven't found it here. Thanks in advance!

I am so happy this subreddit exists! At his 2 month appointment my son was 14.5 lbs and 25" and he's outgrowing baby gear faster than I can replace it! The [bath sling] (https://www.summerinfant.com/bathers/folding-bath-sling-with-warming-wings) I bought before he was born is pretty useless now. He's too long plus he likes to kick, so he slides down until he's almost off it. I was looking at something like [this Summer Infant Extra Large baby bather ] (https://www.summerinfant.com/bathers/extra-large-deluxe-baby-bather) because it is more of a seat so he hopefully wouldn't slide off it. But I don't see any height or weight guidelines anywhere so I'm not sure if he'd be too big for it already

I was hoping for a last minute name epiphany, but since it's my due date I think it's time to ask for some help! My husband and I have narrowed it down to two possible names if we have a girl, Margaret or Madeline. Nothing sounds quite right to me as a middle name for Madeline, which is the name I'm more partial to. To get an idea of our style, other names we considered were Amelia, Elizabeth, Emily, Emma, Lucy, and Sarah.

Is Madeline Margaret too matchy? Or Madeline Elizabeth or Madeleine Amelia too much of a mouthful? Everything seems to flow better with Margaret but I don't like it as much. Any suggestions for middle names for Madeline?

Our last name is similar to "Burnett" but starts w
