Hello,
I'm currently staying for a short holiday in Thessaloniki for a week and was thinking about a day trip to Halkidiki (currently I am thinking about Sarti). I was thinking about renting a car, but it seems like a hassle, as I don't have a credit card, and short term rents seem to often have a distance limit and after all it's pricey.
So I am looking into taking a bus to Sarti. I've downloaded the app "KTEL Chalkidiki" but it seems a little too straightforward. It basically asks for start and end, number of passengers and goes straight into picking the seats and payment. From what I found through Google maps reviews it seems that there are at least two KTEL Bus Stations in Thessaloniki.
Hi,
so I've kinda fallen into a rabbit hole on the topic of knight movements. While doing puzzles I had a sort of noob revelation, that the knight moves in a sort of a circular pattern, without the farthest squares (ergo 3 squares orthogonally) and had a thought "wow, this is so much easier to explain as a rule about this piece movement". I started digging in the history of chess looking for an information if in any historic chess variant the knight or it's predecessor moved in this circular pattern, with the ability to jump or move 3 squares orthogonally, but found out that in the oldest found "rulebooks" the knight always moved in the "L" shape and that this was sort of chess signature thi
so recently I started a new project, was messing around with some synths and tapped tempo on push 2 (Live 11 most recent build). And after tapping four times the tempo landed at exactly 130BPM. I was kind of in shock cause I've remembered googling if this type of "tap tempo quantization" is a thing (I found some max for live device but never downloaded it) and I was baffled if i did tap exactly 130 BPM by hand. So i tried again, slower, a tapped exactly 95BPM. I've even opened a new project, tapped tempo right from the bat, without loading anything to the project, and again a nice round number 81BPM.
So i thought that something must've changed in some recent patch and they made it a de
I bought Ornata V2 around two weeks ago, barely even had time to use it and today I noticed that my left ctrl stopped working as i tried to copy some text. When I started investigating I've also noticed that my windows key is not working, yet I'm sure it was working a couple hours ago as I opened the file explorer by using the windows key and typing. So the keys stopped working during use, without any damage or anything. I checked synapse for gaming mode and it was off, and I cannot even rebind those buttons to anything as they don't register being pushed. I even tried turning on and off the demo mode.
Sooo my keyboard just decided to die after a couple hours of work time or is there s
I've recorded a test podcast using OBS, with three web cameras and two RODE podmic's plugged into Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd gen, but I guess it's not very important to my question. After two test recordings - one into an .mp4 file and one into .mkv file I have two files with video and audio split into two tracks: One track is the Host microphone and the other one is the guest microphone. When I play it using VLC I have the option to change the tracks to "solo" out one of the conversation participants, so the data must be in the file, but when i drop the files to reaper, doesn't matter if it's the .mp4 file or the .mkv file when I use the Item: Explode multichannel audio or MIDI to n
Long time lurker, first time poster. I've been playing tenor sax since june 2020 completely self learning using Youtube tutorials. Sticked to long tones and currently I'm pretty content with my playing. I've got some background in playing guitar, have been taking lesson as a kid, learned nothing, picked the guitar years later and got much better learning results by myself, so I guess I am kinda prejudiced against music teachers or maybe just introverted to a level that music teachers kinda make the whole music experience stresful, dunno haven't met the right person.
So to my question that have been driving me crazy almost since I've started playing. How to achieve such a tone like in this b

So i have found this post on Ableton forum: https://forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php?t=129435 but it is ten years old and Live changed a little bit since then. I know that push has this function, so why I can't just map it to a different controller? I am using Suite 10.1 and an Akai MPD218 as the midi controller.
