Does anyone here use royal mail large letter to ship t shirts Vs small parcel? If so have you ever had any issues and also what size polythene bag do you recommend along with mailing bag?

Hi does anyone know what the rates change to one you start shipping say 30-50 parcels a week?

For example currently large letter is 2.95 Inc vat for tracked single shipments

But I heard there are discounts applied once you reach certain amount of parcels a week etc?

I've got 2 neighbours totalling abourlt 3 people who own about 8 cars combined this is because they are always buying and selling and have about 3 of their own personal use ones.

We live on a small residential street and they've been taking up so much space that usually most neighbours on our end have of the road have to park on the other end or another road.

Due to this other neighbours have started putting bins outside their house which I understand is wrong but also understand why they do this. However funnily enough everyone respects this way of reserving their space except the neighbours with multiple cars. They are the only ones who move people bins and park anyway which obvious

I received a pcn for not having a parking permit for my road.

I've owned the car 2 years and always had my permit paying monthly as it was on auto renew.

My bank sent me a bank sent me a new card as I lost my old one.

I updated the card on my boroughs site (London Newham if that helps)

Unfortunately the permit expired yesterday and it looks like changing the card turned off the auto renew?

Due to this when I came back from work today I saw I had a PCN given at 9am.

The parking restrictions starts at 8am.

We have 3 floors in our house.

We have boiler in ground floor kitchen, hot and cold work perfectly fine.

Then we had a loft done, the water pressure is slightly lower but still decent both hot and cold work.

We now have had a sink etc put on the 1st floor floor and the least distribution way to get water here was to T in from the loft.

Issue is that at this floor the tap has the least pressure but cold is very minimal and due to this low flow I think the boiler is not switching on the mechanism to heat the water. I'm wondering what the issue could be?

Had offer accepted for 355k. Asked to remove property from market, Easte agent said this will be done only once mortgage offer is approved/valuation performed. Fairs. Basically have heard this from all EA so can't do much about it

Got process started with broker he said he needs EPC as the house is missing it and not listed online either

Reached out to ea for EPC they provided what it is via phone and written in email, but no proof of the actual cert. Advised us still trying to locate it?

Family member has been trying to buy a house originally had an offer accepted 5k below asking price, agreed on 360k instead of asking 365. Unfortunately fell through due to seller mid process being convinced by their extended family that the house was worth about 25k more and getting the estate agent to relist it. My sister is planning on buying a house and she has large savings for the deposit however a remainder of the deposit she needs will be gifted by our father who is selling a property. I am curious as she has offered on a property and mentioned that she has x deposit ready and in x month she will receive a further gifted deposit from father to make up the full amount required.

Wondering if she should just wait till she has been gifted the deposit before sending offers or do estate agents/vendors usually accept this type of situation? I.e the gifted deposit is pending but guaranteed that it will be given and not to far from the date of offer such as within

I'm purchasing a house with my brother, 300k house value. We are putting in equal deposit of 25k each.

I however plan to do a house extension which will cost around 50k (small dormer loft conversion will create another room and bathroom). This will likely raise the value of the house. (I know it might not and definitely won't be close to a 50k raise)

Say if we are to sell the house in 15 years from now for 300k, from my calculation we'll have about 163k left to pay for the remaining mortgage

Now it's assume in the same 15 years the house is now sold for 400,000

This way we're assuming value went up 10

Hi all, I have a 3070 HP omen with Ryzen 7 5800H.

Recently my left fan stopped working so I replaced it. After trying to boot up the system keeps crashing with the blue screen.

I have noticed when have the laptop unplugged the computer detects the 3070 however the performance monitoring looks very odd?

GPU clock - 210MHz GPU voltage - 0.7 GPU power - 10 watts

Not good with computers so no idea if these look normal for a 3070 on a laptop which is running on battery? Please not the Ryzen also has it's own AMD graphics.
