The person I dealt with threatened me multiple times and neglected to sign her own flimsy paperwork. Blocked on Facebook after writing them a check. Luckily the puppy is safe with me. How can I report them? I have receipts.

It comes in and looks fine cut juuuuust right, but I wish it would be thicker rather than scraggly when it grows out longer. Any tips??? Supplements, dietary stuff, gadgets? TIA

My nephew is 11 and extremely bright and an all around good kid. 3D printing and graphic design are his passions. He just started middle school and is being bullied quite a bit.
