I've used this shop in the past, but only for a pre-purchase inspection and oil changes. Now they've started quoting me for some additional work and I'm curious if these prices are to be expected or if I should shop around.

I'm curious what everyone's day looked like if you're willing to share.
Here's what my day looked like as a senior individual contributor:
- Team Standups (60m)
- Inspiration Gathering (30m)
- High-Fidelity Layouts (4hr 30m)
- Breaks/Lunch (2hrs)

But since buying the wood, I started to doubt my plans... I started to rewatch YouTube videos and do "research" elsewhere on the internet to make sure I wasn't going to make any mistakes in my build. "Is there a better way to do this?" "Do I need to buy this tool?" etc.
While I do think that can be helpful sometimes, it certainly isn't getting me any closer to f
