I've been playing for a month or two now and I have no idea how to ban perks. The level 1 lab is completed. Auto picks is completed along with a level into extra perk choices.

From a random Reddit post I also learned about the button for auto researching in the lab after not knowing it existed. What else am I missing?

I'm sure there is an optimum order to max skills in the workshop but I'm finding it to be a better QOL upgrade to max out the cheaper less impactful skills first. I'm new to the game and currently farming T1 with blender to about 2000. I feel like I am just getting to the point where starting a new run does not need me to focus all my attention on immediately upgrading skills for the first 150ish levels in order to get things setup. I maxed out AS first and then cash bonus and coin per kill. My reasoning for this was my dmg and hp are high enough that I don't have to worry about it for a few hundred waves. I've started to max out the other less expensive and less important free ups, mul

I'm a new player at the point where my runs end because of vampires. After searching on here I learned that the general tips is to keep your knock back at 0 in order to use thorns on them. I invested a good amount of coins into knock back when I was starting. Should I respec my workshop to get over this hurdle? The highest Tier 2 I have completed is 844 but that seems like luck based on the vampire spawn chance. I did get the target selection researched and put it on basic. That does not seem to be helping. My last few runs ended in the high 700s.

I am glueing together 3/4" MDF and 1/2" plywood for a workbench top. After letting it cure for about 24 hours I noticed that the top has a bow in it. The MDF was stored standing up on the long side in my garage for a week or two while getting the rest of the bench put together. The heater was running in the garage overnight keeping it to about 55-60 degrees while curing. I used clamps on the sides and put some weight on top of the pieces.

After removing all the clamps and weight I noticed this bow when going to secure it to the frame. I put the weight back on top for t

I have a balcony with a Trek type product. I don't know what brand the builder used but it's the same type of material. Looking to install a retractable screen for some privacy and wind protection when using the balcony. Should I be using screws or bolts? Going into the wood beams underneath? Some kind of anchor?

There is a center post that holds the two retractable screens and then 2 side posts that hold it open when in use. If I measure correctly I am planning on having the center post about half way across the length along the railing, 1 side post against the house, and the other side post in a corner of the railing.
This is the product I am installing.

I got a harbor freight 1HP dust collector for about $75 with coupon. Currently I am using just a shop-vac and moving it around as needed. I'm building a work bench that will have a table saw and router built in with dust collection. Do you run the 4" pipe/hose directly to the tool or do you run the 4" to the table connection and then use the shop vac tubing to the tools? I also am looking at making a dust cyclone and I am curious what it would do if I just ran the shop vac tubing from the tools to the dust cyclone and then had a fitting to go up to 4" at the dust collector itself?

Starting to build out my garage into a shop and wondering what accessories and essentials give a big QOL improvement. Not talking about tools, clamps, jigs etc. I am waiting on a retractable extension cord to be delivered so I can get power cords off the floor. I already have a basic shop vac for dust collection and I am in the process of building a mobile bench for my table saw. Next up is a miter station. Both of those have dust collection and power already planned. Already have a fan and a heater installed for the hot and cold months along with insulation on the garage door.

What are the non tool things that make a difference?

Purchased a 113 that came with a mobile base. With only 2 wheel that allow it to pivot makes it horrible to move around a small garage shop. I can build a wood frame to put it on but I was wondering if there were any good premade solutions that did not cost too much.

I have a Tara sectional from Havertys in an L shape in the middle of the room. Each of the sections recline and have a foot rest Since it reclines, having a console table behind the couch for drinks and food does not work. The coffee table I have in front of it has a top that comes up and toward the couch but it is still too far out to comfortably hold drinks and food. The foot rests need room to swing out.

I could do some side tables but how the couch is positioned in the room they would block off some walking paths. Side tables also don't work if I am sitting near

Looking for a first bike and have been not thrilled with the used bikes listed on FB and other places. Started out looking for a used Rebel 500 or similar bike but the prices in my area are only 1k less if that. A number of listings are for a few years old, low miles, and "upgrades" that match or are more than a new stock bike. The advice of getting something used and cheap makes sense but anything actually less expensive is 10-20 years old. At that point I expect to put new tires and do basic maintenance as soon as it is purchased. This brings the price back up to something close to a new bike.

This is the popular season to be buying but will the prices and availability change that

I have a GMRS radio in my vehicle for off roading. I was wondering if there was an easy solution to wiring it to a speaker (not the aux radio input). I know I can get an external speaker but I wanted to see if there was an easy solution for this first.

I did not see an easy solution or write up besides people talking about buying external speakers. My idea is to get a cheap audio switcher that lets me take 2 input to 1 output and 3M sticky it under the seat. Then wire the two radios as inputs.

Easier way to do this? Just a bad idea?

Removed the rear seats in my access cab and built a platform. What can I do about the back wall? Is there an aftermarket or OEM piece I can install so that looks better and does not have the openings for bolts and stuff?
