I work at a family practice at the front desk. We had a patient show up 15 min after his appointment time, when that happens we have to check with provider if they will see them. The provider said no, when I informed the patient they got angry and start spouting off explicits. I let him know that I will not be helping him if he continues to talk like that to me, he then storms out and says “you’re not good for anything, go play basketball” he was about to say the n word at the end of it but somehow stopped himself(I’m sure he said it once out of the building).
