Hello friends!

I’m inexperienced when it comes to brandy in general.

My favorite ones that I’ve tried thus far are Meukow VSOP and Pierre Ferrand 1840.

Are there any further recommendations that I should begin to look into?

Bible Style Journal

Recommendation

Does anyone here have any idea where to source a Bible style journal at a reasonable price?

I have one that I got back in 2018 when on vacation for $17 USD - brand new. Quality wise, it's plain brown leather or leatherette, gilded pages, with a red ribbon - very simple and elegant. Unlined, but it feels like you're using a real Bible.

I'm not expecting an exact match, but suggestions along those lines would be great.

Ontario falconers and apprentices — I could really use your insight.

I’m brand new to the world of falconry and a little unsure about the exact steps to start working with a raptor.

From what I understand, I’ll need to join the Ontario Hawking Club (OHC), become an apprentice, and—hopefully with kindness and good fortune—find a sponsor to teach me.

So my main questions are:

2004 F-450 V10 — Hood Ornaments?

Q&A: Maintenance | Modification

Have they ever been done with that era Super Duty? I realize it’s a niche thing.

On Facebook a few years back, a gentleman took his father’s old ‘49 Ford hood ornament and added it to his Excursion (7.3L Turbo if I remember) and it looked fantastic.

Has anyone here ever seen it successfully done?

Just a random thought, so I thought I’d ask the community here.

If I’m buying a long wheelbase XJ…I’m wanting a Daimler/Vanden Plas version. Picnic tables and everything.

If I don’t want the Daimler/VDP, I’m aiming squarely at the XJR in SWB format simply for the added driving dynamics.

And naturally, I appreciate, the standard car, regardless of generation, was the more affordable option.

So why would customers specify the more expensive LWB without going for more of the juicier variants?

I’m not judging, just wondering.
