First bike

New Rider

Same as everyone else I'm looking for advice regarding my first bike.

bg: I have 0 prior experience on motorized 2 wheels (I learn better with slow and long practice, so getting the bike is step 1), I'm just under 5'5", moderately fit, and I'd rather stick to jp makers as I've heard questionable feedback on durability outside of the jp brands (open to feedback on this though!)

Bikes I'm already interested in: Honda Rebel 500, Kawasaki Eliminator, Kawasaki Vulcan S, Kawasaki Ninja 500 (I love the look of sports bikes)

What interests me about riding are long peaceful rides just living in the drive, one day doing a road trip/moto camping, and a little speeding and weaving (a very little)

I don't really know what this post is. I just wanted to vent I guess?

I've had persistent suicidal ideation and major depression since middle school so I wouldn't say I always struggle with SI because it's passive 85% of the time but as I get older (29 currently) it feels like the moments where it is a struggle are harder and harder to ignore.

My frustration is that it feels like the worst days/moments come from hormone fluctuations related to my cycle. What help is there when my emotions aren't real, just the chemicals acting stupid? And not even consistently. What justification is there for me to struggle and cry and claim suffering when it's not real and in <24 hours I'll go back to pa

Background?: Shy as a kid, moved around a whole lot, little family, no friends

I'm almost 30 and I lost the desire to have friends years ago but now it feels hard to even say hi to someone walking down the street. I'll do it anyway if the conditions are met where it feels expected/polite but there are many times I've crossed the street to avoid the scenario altogether.

I wouldn't say I'm phobic or anything because my client side skills are excellent and my coworkers only have nice things to say about me but the person they're interacting with isn't me, it's whatever I have to be to avoid trouble and do my job. The issue is I'm so damn tired of faking all the time and scared of "failing

I'm very new to watching kdramas and this is the first one I can say is absolutely perfect for me (I'm only on episode 6 though). I enjoy that the characters are established and mostly competent adults (the FL is really cool), I enjoy the chemistry and find the push-pull to, so far, be reasonable and done well, and honestly it's just a funny show. I'd love to find similar shows, the overall plot doesn't have to be the same and I have interest in fantasy/modern-fantasy-mix elements too.

I'm also watching My Demon and ABO (a cdrama) right now and am enjoying those, but I'm not as far along in either of them and am mostly focused on Shooting Stars right now.

I don't really like anything where

I'm very new to learning and when I looked up what 'to like' something is I got 좋아하다, i.e. 좋아하는 책. However, in someone's post explaining 는 their sentence was 나는 고앙이를 좋아해

Is this a noun vs verb thing or something else?
