The Showman (Townsfolk): Each night, pick a player. If they are an outsider or evil, they learn this. All chosen outsiders have no ability. [+1 Outsider]
The Showman goes around town neutralising negative outsider abilities, and confirming that they're in play as they go. To stop evil from imploding from a coy Showman picking them and waiting for them to claim it, a picked evil player learn that they were picked so they can keep bluffing outsider.
To balance for it being similar to a Nightwatchman (minus the hard conformation of learning which player picked them) who picks multiple people and neutralises outsiders, and to give them something to do in a 0 outsider game, they add an out
This is a terrible, unbalanced idea. But purely for fun, here's a list of "upgraded" (ie more dangerous/outsider-y) outsider abilities from the base 3 scripts:
Vengeful Saint: If you are put on the block, your team loses
Butler's Master: Each night, learn a player. If they are good and vote when you don't, they become drunk for the rest of the game. (Standard butler rules of voting)
Chaotic Drunk: You think you are a townsfolk, which might be in play, but you are not.
Lonesome Recluse: You might register as evil and as a minion or demon, even if dead. When you die, you may register as alive, and evil players learn this. (Similar to Zumbuul, except they register as dead to the win conditi
Gremlin: On your first night, learn a not in play demon. Once per game, at night, choose to gain that demon's ability until tomorrow dusk
This character needs to have a multi-demon script (like how Alchemist needs an extra minion) and may need some jinxes for some demons (eg if you have the Fang Gu ability, a chosen outsider becomes evil but does not become the Fang Gu, if you choose yourself with the Imp ability the demon dies instead and you become the Imp, etc) but I think this would create an interesting dynamic when solving for what demon is in play. Alongside killing one night (like the Assassin), it adds in a demon ability for just one night and day.
This could be loud but destruct
