So I've noticed for a while now, but whenever negative discourse crops up about the community's issues engagement with content makers (spoilers, backseating, etc), many people's responses is to blame Roblox for bringing "kids" into it. I've seen it here on this very subreddit and in various youtube/twitch chats and streams, enough to where I believe it's become common opinion of a good number of people. So I have to ask if that's really true? Did Roblox introduce Project Moon to enough kids to cause the community to become less mature, or is Roblox just a convenient scapegoat to take all the blame?

I want to see what people views about this are.

From what I gather from lurking on this sub, it seems there is a misdirection on the fact that being a Colored bow is a disadvantage and overall a negative experience compared to being a colorless instead, and I feel that's certainly not true. I'd actually argue being colored is actually an ADVANTAGE over Colorless outside of fringe cases and that is much healthier to have a good Colored Bow than it is to being Colorless. This will be a long post so if you want the TLDR, you can scroll to the bottom.

Now to start off on why I feel the

So Riot recently released a rune that gives you cooldown reduction on your ultimate along with increasing the cap, up to a possible maximum of 65% (If I read it right) on it, so I thought to make a list of every champions ultimate CD along with bolding ones that I believe are significant. All of these ultimate cooldowns will be rank 3 as this rune fits into the lategame.
